Hires incompetent drivers who impels traffic and break traffic laws to compensate for lack of driving skills. Shouldn’t be hiring old people to drive either. Especially old women. They can’t drive a car let alone a bus.

Basin Transit is great. Carolyn in dispatch is wonderful as are the drivers. What else can you ask for? Thank you for the safe and efficient service you offer to Klamath County. I wish more people knew how easy and great it is to ride BTS. 🌍❤️🌍

Plain and simple after the unprofessionalism showing by their drivers over the course of the last 30 days I can tell you this the bus driver that drives the route towards brixner Junior High to care less about your children or you as the fact that he just tried to run myself into other people off the road along with almost running over two kids because he was not paying attention to doing his own job. I can tell you this BT s there's a reason why you were failing bus system in the Basin and why you depend upon Basin handouts to keep yourself alive. End of the day you might want to start training your drivers before someone decides to take matters into their own hands and runs your buses off the road like they do the citizens of Klamath County
