I lived at Farmingdale Apartment Homes for 2 years before I moved to a single family home recently. I will really miss the tranquility of relaxing on my balcony in the mornings, listening to the birds and feeling the warmth of the rising sun. I will also miss the friendly neighbors and the pleasant, accommodating staff in the leasing office. I recommend Farmingdale for any professionals looking for an environment conducive to work, study, and quiet relaxation.

I currently live in this apartment building, and don't even brother trying to move here. Since the new Management came they are running a sham, and there leasing office never answer the phone. I've been trying for the past 2 months to get in contact with someone at the leasing office to talk to me regarding my lease. I called multiple times, left voicemail and emailed them directly with no answer. They never gave me a notice about when my lease is ending, didn't even bother to call or email. Today 1 WEEK AWAY from my lease ending date they called me and said that I need to sign a lease agreement asap or they're going to raise the rent $200 from the original offer. Orrrr if you want to leave Ofc you're gonna get charged for 2 month worth of rent which now forced me to stay because they never replied to my calls and nobody can go to the office because of COVID-19. We're in a pandemic and those scammers don't care about the financial situation everyone is going through. And the leasing office management is the worse!!!

I have been living here for almost 1 year and I am very happy with my choice. They keep the community very clean and safe. Everyone is friendly especially Audrey , the resident manager and very helpful always. I honestly have only good things to say.

Absolutely love our Farmingdale apartment. My husband and I moved in a few weeks ago, and we were excited and knew we would like it, but we didn't know how much. Our two-bed/two-bath is HUGE and such a good price for the amount of space, quality, and location. The master bath area & closet is amazing! Plus, brand new stainless steal appliances, nice pool & workout center, a package holding system in each building, and our rent couldn't be better. We also love the location by so many stores, a couple minutes from the highway, and quick access to downtown Downers Grove, LaGrange, Oakbrook, etc. The leasing office couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating too. Very happy - I already know we will be here for many years!
