Unfortunately, I had my second unsatisfactory experience with this location. I requested a 3-scoop flavor of the day (turtle) and a 1scoop sundae with chocolate sauce (not hot fudge). I asked a question about the chocolate in the turtle custard and was told that there is no chocolate in their turtle??? The person who took my order was abrupt and seemed impatient. When I got to the window I was given a small serving of “Turtle” (definitely NOT 3 scoops) which consisted of vanilla custard with a tiny bit of caramel and a few pecan pieces. There were no chocolate pieces and it looked nothing like the Turtle pictured on their website, nor what I’ve been served at other Culver's locations! Further, I was also handed a scoop of chocolate ice cream instead of a chocolate sundae? When I advised that I had not ordered a scoop of chocolate, the young man at the window argued with me?! He insisted that he was looking at the order and it was correct??? I had to explain that I knew what i had ordered and the order had been taken incorrectly! He finally took back the cup of chocolate ice cream and gave me a scoop of vanilla with chocolate sauce. I guess at this location, there is no cherry on a sundae, no chocolate pieces in a turtle, and employees are not trained to be helpful nor polite to customers!

The food was good. Except the cashiers were paying more attention to the drive through then the walk in customer. I order 3 ice creams and gave me one that was incorrect. I mentioned it to the male cashier and instead of correcting his error he disputed the error. I felt rushed and left... I politely said, I will review your customer service and walked away. My ice cream was soup and it didn't matter as it was the one I didn't order and discarded immediately.

Yesterday was my first visit to Culver's First let me apologize for no pictures didn't think about until everything was gone. I order the cod filet cost about $6.00 and change. The fish was the proper sizes for the bun, lettuce and cheese. Taste okay probably could have some sauce on it. My favorite was the turtle ice cream other then it had 1000 calories on it the pecan, chocolate fudge was heavenly. I will need a very strong well to control my visit.. Hey stop by I believe they will something there for you.

We stopped by Culver’s for some lunch. The chicken sandwich never disappoints it was crispy and the fries were fresh. We also got a chocolate milk shake for the road. The service was great and the food was good. Thanks Culver’s
