This is my first review, I have never written any before. My daughter went to your ER with an injury to her dominant hand with a deep laceration with tendon exposed and displaced fractures. SEVEN hours later she was not seen by a doctor or given tetanus or any antibiotics. The wound was not cleaned. She was given Percocet on an empty stomach which only caused nausea. This falls well below the standard of care. This is malpractice. I am a physician. She was taken there by her camp. We had to physically go there and sign her out AMA and take her to NYU where she was treated within the hour. This ER should be shut down I am reporting this to the joint commission. .

Wonderful facility and rooms, peaceful and good staff with top doctors. Stayed overnight, slept great. Nicest in Dutchess County. Minus a star for no visitation without c19 negative test, let's be real people nurses were told to work while having the 99.9% virus, it's about control not safety meanwhile loved ones are without family unless u pay extreme rates to get tested. At around 12:40 AM, I had to drive my boyfriend to Northern Dutchess due to chest and body pain after having an asthma attack. The lady at the front desk was really polite and we were seen very quickly. However, as soon as we got into the emergency room, the experience was terrible. One of the heart specialist was very rude to my boyfriend, who has ADHD, when he was struggling to explain what happened during his last hospital visit a YEAR AGO. The doctor continuously used sarcastic remarks towards him and made it seem that, since we are fairly young, we were only there to be prescribed free pharmaceutical drugs rather than just a regular hospital visit about an asthma attack. Whenever we asked questions on whether it was a heart problem, the specialist would dismiss our questions and made it seem as if it were not a big deal, as if my boyfriend couldn't breathe and his blood pressure was extremely high. My boyfriend kept asking for blood tests since he wanted to know what other possibilities there were since he was having other symptoms. But the doctor kept dismissing them basically saying, "Why would you need a blood test when it is just an asthma attack". (He isn't overweight and is fairly healthy, which made it confusing on why his blood pressure was so high. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO WERE CONCERNED ABOUT HIS BLOOD PRESSURE WERE THE NURSES.) Once we left, we had to wait over an hour for the appropriate treatment that was needed to help my boyfriends breathing. Additionally, my boyfriend then needed an x-ray which we had to wait another hour as the x-ray specialist was sitting at the desk gossiping about a monument in Mexico and kittens, meanwhile, is less concerned about a patient who cannot breathe. Mind you, there were no other patients on the floor, as it was 3:33 AM at the time. (Although, there was a lady who had the same symptoms as my boyfriend, she arrived 2 hours after us and was taken care of in the span of 15 minutes and discharged.) Overall, we left at around 4 AM with none of our questions answered and were treated with nothing but disrespect from the doctors. EDIT: The doctors refusal to do a blood test did cause harm because later today when we saw a new and more professional heart specialist, they explained that it was more than just an asthma attack but it was high blood pressure along with many other symptoms that the doctors at Northern Dutchess did not seem to care enough to actually look into.

Staff is friendly enough when getting treated. I was forced to pay more than my out of pocket because there was an overlap in my out of pocket being updated with my insurance. Just under a year out I am still waiting for my refund. The level of customer service in the billing department, including billing management leaves much to be desired. There is no accountability or ownership in this issue. In the end it took 11 months for me to receive a check for money that was owed to me. Their billing department is atrocious.

Yes but at the moment due the Covid restrictions, the gift shop has been closed and cafeteria is restricted to staff only.
I don't know the answer to ur question.
It means sending you to a rehab time depends on how you heal
They have a myriad of options for discount and repayment to suit pretty much any financial status. Call the billing department and they can help you figure something out.
No one knows! It's not posted online or easily found. If you call it'll ring and ring and ring. Get in your car, waste precious gas and see if anyone is there!
That question would be best answered by contacting the hospital directly.
