I have now a contract with JD Service to inspect my HVAC twice a year and my plumbing once a year. This was the plumbing inspection and a slight leak under the kitchen sink. He was friendly, left recommendations with prices for replacement where things are old and may be trouble in the future, but no hard sales. The slight leak he fixed by adjusting the faucet handle. He also adjusted the flow level in my master toilet. I am very satisfied and will plan out future home improvement repairs. I feel secure knowing I have a company to meet my needs as they arise.
