The rude, disgusting, obese lady with the terrible attitude made me not want to ever come back to this vision center ever again. This is my second time dealing with this particular employee and she has had this attitude both times. If I could zero stars I would.

I was cleaning my lenses with the special cloth and the frame broke in two at the bridge. I bought them March 19, 2021 at the Lunenburg Walmart Optical. I brought them back to the store and was told the warranty expired one month ago. I can’t go without my glasses so I had to pay for another pair of frames that fit my lenses. I asked to speak to the manager, she wasn’t in. I was told to try calling her around 5:30 pm. I called and the phone rang and rang, no one ever picked up. I called again today, was told manager wasn’t in. I left my name and number asking that she call me back. I never got a call so I called back, and was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever got on the line. This is a horrible way to do business. Guess it is time to shop for glasses somewhere else.
