Got prescription and went in again because it didn’t feel right and got a drastically different prescription. The Costco Optical had to invalidate the prescription I had gotten from the clinic there. Just go somewhere else.

This was my first experience with Costco Optical. It was a totally positive experience. The young lady who assisted me was knowledgable about everything-frames, lenses, tints, etc. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with two pairs of glasses ordered. I received notice that they were ready for pick up 4 days later. What could be better?

Alex, a young man working at the glasses counter is AMAZING! He took the time to walk me through my options and he made my whole day with his attitude :) 10/10 give the man a raise!

Not to try on glasses. You can walk in for that. If you need an exam, it is highly recommended to make an appointment.
Yes... They do take walk-in customers, but they are very busy.
