Digital Doc fixed my laptop in a reasonable time and cost. I was very pleased. I checked Office Max, Staples, Best Buy, and Dell and the time and cost was unreasonable, plus it had to be sent out for repair. I would recommend them.

First time I took my phone, the service was prompt and the price was pretty standard. But I got it back with a cracked screen. The tech acknowledged it and was returning the phone to me while they waited for a replacement. Then I gave it back for an additional replacement and it was returned with a entirely different color bezel and now the fingerprint scanner doesn't work. Will be going by today to speak to a supervisor to see how they resolve this.

While they made efforts to get the repairs done in a timely fashion, they were hampered by extremely slow delivery. Friendly and helpful, but follow-up communication is an area for opportunity.

They fixed my screen which is why I will give them 2 stars. This place seriously lacks in professionalism and communication. To start they didnt even call when finished. After a week and a day I had to contact them. After picking my cell up it still had a rubber band holding it together and I was told to give it 5 mins before taking it off. When I did finally remove it, nearly 1 hour later the back started to fall off. The service is mediocre and I had them redo the work. They seem to lack in sealing everything back up and the back glass still has a gap and will pull apart. Not completely sealed like it once was. The screen is also not aligned perfectly and can feel and see the edge. For almost $400 I will not be back or recommend!

Get place.
Is it broke
Call them.
They would be happy to take a look at it. Bring it to the store.
Probably, depends on the phone. I'd shoot them a call.
