I had an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a used car and paid thousands more than I could have bought the same model for in Durham and was mislead about an offer to purchase a car from me. When I mentioned potential litigation the sales manager said to me “do you know how many times a week people threaten to sue?” That spoke volumes to me about how my experience must not have been unique. He told me there was nothing to be sued for (although I’m a lawyer and beg to differ🤣) In fairness, the service department was wonderful but the nice woman from there who tried to advocate for me was told to get back over to her department and stay out of sales business. I agree with another reviewer that there must be some misogynistic men at this dealership.
