I'm have been staying with a friend as a guest waiting on my house to be painted at Chadwick Apts for almost 2 weeks. It's quiet & there seems to be some sound proofing. I know you have to come by the office and fill out an application and there's a fee for the background and credit check. Then your name goes on the waiting list. I don't know how long the waiting list is.

You have to fill out an application and then your name goes on a waiting list. I'm sure there's a small application fee because background checks and credit checks are done on everyone 18 or older. I'm just visiting a friend until my house is ready later today. It's been a nice stay at Chadwick Apts. No loud noises and there seems to be some sound proofing in the walls. Osborne Real Estate has a 1 bedroom 1 bath house on Church St that is available immediately. I believe the rent is $425 a month. Osborne Real Estate can be reached at 336-623-9100.
