Terrible, the service department kept my 2005 Tahoe for two weeks. Then the technician refused to work on it due to surface rust under the vehicle. Really? Then said it was unsafe to drive. Kindly note the car has a valid inspection, no tire wear and I just towed a heavy vehicle 950 miles. What a B.S. company. I will never buy another vehicle from them.

My husband bought his truck elsewhere and we get service there. What he thought was an oil change turned into more and several hundred dollars but he said they showed him proof.
