I had this truck in your shop back in June for same code reading. At that time I was charged $345 and in less than 100 miles the check engine light came on again. This time I was charged $798 for something I feel should have been fixed the first time. When I arrived the first time a man standing outside said he smelled gas I also smelled it so the fuel line was bad at that time.

They did good except they didn't check the air pressure in my tires I asked them not to rotate my tires and they didn't but I ask them to check the air pressure in my tires they didn't check them all the tires pressure was off. And could I get a coupon for oil change when it's close to time for an oil change wh ed it's close to the 5000 miles is almost up .I only bring my truck to woodall since I bought it new please send coupons

Upon receiving several reminders to come in and get my COMPLIMENTARY STICKER since my vehicle was purchased there i made an appointment and arrived at 8:25..... around 10 since no one had given me an update , I approached the service desk and was informed it wouldn’t be too much longer. Ten minutes later I was informed I needed wiper blades in order to pass and not get a rejection sticker!!!! SIXTY NINE DOLLARS!! Too say I am LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, nevertheless, It was purchased, and I informed them I was disappointed and displeased with the service received!!!
