I'm sure that they would but it would be a lengthy ordeal. Have you thought about trading yours in on a trike. May be just as cheap in the long run. There is a great mechanic there named Ryan who can do anything to a bike.

They sponsor a basic class through DCC (Danville Community College). Once the 2.5 day class is completed you receive a VA motorcycle license.
