I take back my positive review. (FFIT instructors are great though) Horrendous customer service, dirty locker rooms and overall not a great gym environment to be a part of. I strongly recommend looking else where.

Nice amenities and staff but the weights are all disorganized and it's very tough to get a setup together for a weightlifting session. If you only use machines and cardio equipment this is a great gym but otherwise you'll spend most of the time searching for barbells and plates to use.

The customer service at this gym is horrible. I updated my credit card information ahead of my billing due date. Fit factory did not make the change and charged me a late fee. They refuse to issue a credit- their reason being I should have used my bank account for automatic withdrawals instead of my credit card. Stay away from Fit Factory unless you want to be charged ridiculous fees.
