Calvin's team was wonderful! After arriving home from vacation, we came home to a flooded basement due to pipe busting under kitchen sink. They arrived that night and worked until 1 am. They were very caring and showed so much compassion for us, our personal belongings and our home. In addition, while the floors, part of the walls, etc were being removed, they were very professional and did a wonderful job. Our family highly recommends Servpro!

My experience with ServPro of Lynchburg exceeded all expectations in customer service, competency, and performance. Jennifer did an excellent job over the phone and via e-mail in ensuring the proper paperwork was submitted and an expert called out to the job. Ki Jung (sp?) worked on the flood damage caused by a plumber from another company in my bathroom and basement. Ki Jung cut out and hauled out what was beyond repair and used fans and dehumidifiers to dry out what could be saved. He communicated well with me throughout the process, and because of his work, the damage wasn't worse. Melissa and Regina helped me ensure the reluctant plumber paid ServPro for their work, which was a lengthy, frustrating process, but Melissa and Regina handled it very politely and professionally. I would definitely call on ServPro again in a house flood situation.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
