Being a new employee you would think you’ll get treated with respect and nicely but working there you won’t. Supervisors are very unprofessional, their duty is to assist us and get us on the right track, giving us the proper training that we need and they don’t exceed that. The several times I’ve walked up to the supervisor I would get completely ignored or she would walk away while I was standing waiting in front of her to finish not to interrupt while she talked to others. Also I would walk in not knowing what to start my day off with and when I was assigned a job they wouldn’t tell me what it was that I needed to do, being clueless about the job and being a new employee is not a good feeling not knowing what you’re doing, you would expect to have them to walk you through nicely and explain everything you need to do to do your job right once. Horrible experience I ever had especially for the job being so easy.
