Incredibly disorganized & unprofessional PCP office. My mother has a multitude of ailments & they are dismissive of her every time. They don’t return calls & even their 24/7 emergency line never gets answered. I would not believe it if I had not witnessed it myself a few times. I tried last night again & the message says please hold for our emergency answering service & then the music played for more than 30 minutes before she asked me to take her to ER. She had an amazing Doctor (Beth) in the past who gave us reason to keep returning, but this continuing incompetence is grounds for neglect of their clients. If something happens to my mom I will certainly sue this institution.

The good doctors seem to be leaving, but they usually have good ones to go around.The receptionists are very helpful.

I was told to get referral from doctor to another. They never gave me referral. I called them, they never answer. I left message, they did NOT contact me back. The question is, is there even anybody working in dental?

Unreliable call center so don't expect to get the appointment they make. OR the Dr decided to take that day off and cancelled the appointment.

Horrible and fraudulent! Urgent care dental is scamming insurance through xrays. I was all set day before for 730am dental extractions. Couldn't sleep our eat. Checked in at their Baystate Medical Center location. They assured me day before and morning of they could do the simple extractions. I get onto dental chair and the Dentist was not interested in providing and urgent care. He did series of xrays (I have cancer so this always gets my attention.) to see under my gums. Even though he had me open my mouth and saw the 2 needing to come out. He said I need to premedicate for appointment and I assured him I NEVER have. He refused to call my Dr within his practice to confirm. He asked my firm of payment and as soon as he heard what I said and confirmed by my intake firms the day before he then abruptly ended the urgent care appointment telling me to come back in 4 to 6 weeks! WTF?! HE KNEW HE WERE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE ME CARE BEFORE HE EVEN CANE IN ROOM! Refused care due to not $$
