Very old building, very difficult to get in and out of. Staff is rude and uncommunicative. Vet Johnston was a good vet hours are not so good. I did see dr brinkman one day he used to be the owner I might be pronouncing it wrong and because Bella had a pain in her neck he told me she had wobblers disease. (She did not have wobblers) The only thing good there is dr Johnston. It took forever to get all my records I still don’t have all them. They did not want to release my dogs blood work I had to make numerous calls to get the records I don’t know why they just don’t give you your whole file if you want to leave there you wanna leave there or stop trying to hold onto me especially when I don’t wanna see you and you don’t wanna see me. Oh and they basically beg you to write a good review.

Calm and professional, friendly and careful. This describes the two techs who assisted at my last visit with my dog - Angela and Jen. Couldn't ask for more understanding from these ladies - I have a very frightened dog and they understood how to handle her. Yay!
