What an experience! This is where I learnt that food in Ethiopia is served on a platter known as a gebeta, which is a large circular platter. First, a circle of injera (made of Muskal Teff, an Ethiopian grain) is placed on the gebeta, then the different stews, curries, or vegetables, that you've ordered are placed on top of the injera. We ordered the Ahimilti Bebaynetu (Vegetable Combination - Cabbage, yellow split peas, spinach, chick peas, lentils, and tomtato salad) and Alitcha Ahmilti (Vegetable stew made from a mixture of cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, string beans, and potato curried in yellow sauce). They were delicious. The cinnamon tea was also pretty good.

Very special experience, using hand to eat, like the beef out of all meat, interesting experience. Though no sour taste for the bread part will be better for me. Also a little dark in the room.
