Not one to trash anyone online but would love for someone higher up to look into the training being given for these girls at the front desk here in tullahoma. Customer service was terrible not one of them seemed to care about anything going on or actually helping the person instead of giving bare minimum and seeming inconvenienced that they had to do a small bit of work early in the morning. Just not what you need for the representation of a business in a small town like this.

We went to FastCare because my partner fractured his leg. The office staff was friendly and the nurse came out to help use get from the car to the waiting area. My partner did not wait long to be seen by the nurse who promptly took an X-ray. Connie, the Nurse Practitioner, explained the fracture in very much detail and made arrangements for us to transfer to a specialist. She even sent us photos of the X-Ray when we called back a few hours later. Excellent service all around! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful.

Yesterday on Labor Day, I decided to go to the Fast Pace in Tullahoma. I am so glad I did, the care I received there was outstanding! Emily was the PAC on duty and she is an amazing medical professional! I don’t remember the woman’s name who was working with her but she started an IV on me and I didn’t feel a thing! I can’t say enough good things about this particular Fast Pace and the employees!

Private consultations are available. The Behavioral Health team, at Fast Pace Health, focuses on treating patients with behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other psychiatric disorders using appropriate medications and/or psychotherapy.
