If I could give it a negative star I would. We arrived at this park after looking at the website and pictures to find the complete opposite. It's horrific!!! Trash everywhere, grass to your knees, tents and tarps everywhere and the sites are a mess. The one they put us in was dirt that had someone's make shift laundry room water flowing into the site as well as a broke sewer and water tap. Stayed one night only because it was so late and pulled out the next morning as fast as we could. Disgusting, dirty, and much more. I hope you take my review into consideration before attempting to go. You will regret being there for sure.

I just rent here but the rent includes water yard maintenance. Lights are billed separate. Animal's are no problem and as far as i can tell there's not a weight limit. They must be on chain or leash at all time's outside. I'm here as a long term so I can have a mail box and address here. As far as size of your motor home you may need to contact the office. But they have a few out here. Hope to see you soon

People living here have left their cats outside and when they have babies they let them be feral. Not the parks fault

The office has wifi. In your own home you will need your own provider. Xfinity works pretty well here
