Employees weren't competent enough to know how to void a payment on a system that allows voids. All I needed to do was change my payment type and they said they couldn’t even though I know that its possible. The person in charge was rude and the least bit helpful. When asked to speak to the Owner, she claimed the owner is out of the country and unreachable but made no efforts to contact him/ her. I’m sure they knew how to reach the Owner but instead she decided to be a bald face liar. Clearly, they have a lot of integrity! I wont be visiting ever again & wont recommend this business to anyone I know. At this point, I feel like exposing this business bc the world deserves to know how low down this business is!
