After two weeks of calls and visits I still have not been able to transfer an ATT line to Comcast. Staff do not return calls and messages. I hope the cell service is better than the customer service.

Spoke with customer service (good experience) and told to swap out equipment at the store and that they had “at least 5 modems available,”. Get to the store to be told “nah, they can’t even check our inventory from their location,”. Call service back and had them on speakerphone (in the store) calling the sales people liars. Customer service then understood that the store wasn’t going to fix the problem and offered to mail me new equipment. Screw that store…they never offered help or a solution but rather kept finding ways to make this “not our problem.”

This is to the toll free NON Support they have you call. Our internet is down and call the toll free number. It connects you to INDIA! These people messed up our account bad and tried to put in a house phone line that we don’t need.

Management needs to retrain their staff. Quality customer service does not exist here. You sell a 70-ish year old man, who barely understands computers a phone, don't train him, don't transfer all of is data, and refuse to put a screen protector on? I guess it isn't your problem when he has a meltdown, huh? And let's be clear. Telling him you can't put the screen protector you sold him on b/c of covid is horsehocky. You are already handling the phone, passing it back and forth, setting it up, taking it out back. You already did the max damage you are going to do in that regard. Not putting it on for him at that point is just lazy. No excuse.

Do you have the damaged remote? Either way they will swap it out or give a replacement however if you don't return the damaged one they might charge an equipment fee to your bill

Yes you can..but prepare for the possibility of a long wait. I've heard some had to wait 45 minutes for a return.
Yes you can...but you will probably be made to wait in line even just to drop off equipment...they make everyone wait.
I believe if you call ahead, they can already have it waiting for you. Or you can have a tech come out for a service call for a fee.

I know it might not help a whole lot but I would look for an independent contractor from Comcast, they get you the best deals usually and they make commission for getting you hooked up, definitely the best route if you're trying to save some bucks.
