Below review was not fair. There are good staff here and substantial change. Both managers Donald and Sonya are excellent. I have no doubt they are on top of things and working a continuous improvement protocol with any issues requiring attention. Impossible to reach these people by phone. They just format answer the phone. Do any issues any questions about things you’ve bought from them, problems, unknown broken tile or vinyl inside the boxes - of which you will find allot - you have to go to the store. You have to stop work, truck all the broken product back to them, open and check every single box and tile for damage, load back up, and truck back to site. Honestly - they should answer their phone and truck undamaged tile to you, and collect the broken material they sold the customer. No good all the way around. Floor and décor saving money with understaffing and/or poor quality staff and the burden is on the customer. Better to but where you get proper care and service

Great variety of tiles and vinyl plank flooring. Their tiles are modern and there is a lot of variety. The service was perfect. Not pushy, but friendly, casual, and informative.

Tried to return tile past 90 days, denied. Even though they still sell the tile and have it on display. Tried to call and talk to manager phone just rang and rang. I understand store policies but even store credit would have been nice. I will never do business he again!

Lots of selections of neutral colors but was looking for more lively Mexican or Turkish designs. Very poor customer service. Waited for forklift help to load to our car a pallet of tiles forever then decided to load ourselves :/
