The technician, James, arrived within the allotted time window in clean well presented van. He introduced himself and proceed to do maintenance on our two A/C units. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very neat took care of our home while he worked. He explained everything a clear and concise way so we were very happy that we are going to have good A/C. James was very polite and a joy to have in our home.

CLIMATIC CONDITIONING is awesome! Responsive, prompt, professional! Amazing how quickly we got our AC up and going in a 911 situation. From the time of call to office coordinator Wendy and Tech Grey showing up and getting us back online was less than an hour.
