I set an appointment for my passport online. I arrived a little early and they didn’t make me wait. Flew through the process and were very professional. Explained the process in detail and we’re excellent.

Terrible customer service from the male manager and female employee at the front desk. They close their doors by 4:29 and get a terrible attitude when you knock on the door at 4:30 to drop off a PREPAID package. If they would add a larger drop box, I would GLADLY NOT BOTHER THEM. Definitely not 'small town friendliness' and I will be driving to Lakeland or Clermont to do business from now on.

Suggestion: How about you so kindly add a SELF SERVE SHIPPING KIOSK... seriously. It can't be that hard. My next step is calling corporate, maybe they will help you all out.

I would notify the post office just to be safe.
