I've used chhj in the past with great results, and had them handle my move from temple terrace to wesley chapel. I used them again to pack a truck, and while the crew was polite, professional, and worked very efficiently, They didn't take advantage of any of the wrapping supplies I had for hard-set furniture or upsell me any, aside from plastic wrap, although I mentioned that both were fine for me, at their judgement. The truck pack was a little chaotic as well- both of these factors unfortunately acted in opposition to my expectations for how the work would go. The result has been that almost all my hard-set furniture showed up at the destination with some kind of damage present, and although it has been frustrating, what has been moreso has been chhj's slow speed to begin processing my claim, or even follow up with my concerns. An office that was pleasant and helpful to work with before the fact, has become cold and unresponsive after the fact and after an issue has surfaced. I am writing this after waiting about two weeks to start the claim process. Edit: Revised from two to one star - what's the point of any mover providing insurance if all they do is weasel out of letting a customer use it? Claim was denied under reasoning that hunks "shall not be liable for loss or damage caused in vehicles not owned by the Mover or after the property has been delivered to or receipted for by the [customer]" - doesn't change the fact that the movers did a poor job of packing my items. What a joke.
