After being with Geico for 8 years I needed a change. Their rates and customer service have gone down the drain. I signed up for service with State Farm today. This agency location has been warm and welcoming. Emailed me and called to make sure I had everything I needed. It was like a virtual handshake. Integrity is everything and I can tell they care about us as a client. I feel I am in good hands and I have no worries. I would definitely recommend this office they are very thorough.

I will say i gave these people an opportunity to service my mother well. Before contacting them i received an online quote for $95 month. For the current policy that she paid $300 at geico. One they dripped the ball many times. They asked for a picture of identification but still got the spelling wrong on the insurance. I mean really . Then up selling so you tell me its cheapper to bundle with life insurance but never told me the cost to it without life insurance. The other reason for switching was to remove all other people That are all grown men hand have their own insurance and are about 35 yrs old from her policy. Insread they convince her while I'm not there to add it on bringing my total online $95 qoute to around $200. So yea don't recommend to anyone unless you live in that wealthy part of town and like to bend over and let people reach deep in you to take what they want. To thnk if they took care of my mother i would have switched over myself. Now i will be looking to find someone all over again. Shame i cant get what i asked for here. Some people look at you as a dollar sign to thier commission. I will say never in my life would I rob customers that should come back. I done business for a long time and if you bang a customer once they won't come back for more banging. This perfect 5 start reputation is bogus. I'm sure he disputes the bad reviews and gets them deleted.
