If you want more nature/quiet vibes, go to the south location. We had a relaxing half day floating with tons of others down the river. This location was filled with families, bachelorette parties, and other bigger groups, as well as couples and pairs of friends like us. Even if you have a reservation, call ahead to find out how long your float will be. We were out there for almost 4 hrs due to a slow river flow, which was lovely, but also we were very ready by the end to pop out. Maneuvering the river, although only waist-deep, was oddly super challenging even with the paddle. We would often find our attempts to navigate were fruitless - just let the river do its thing. BRING SUNSCREEN AND REAPPLY OFTEN. Stock up on snacks and cold drinks and rent the cooler float (note, you need to BYOcooler).

Great little spot with plenty of tubes accompanied by a knowledgable and friend staff on a really sweet, safe and carefree part of the river to coast down, surround by good food spots when you get out and need a drink and some goodness afterwards.

My younger brother and I both went this week while on vacation, and upon entering the river noticed we didn’t have a paddle. The employee helping us into the water said we would not need it, but we definitely needed one, as you have to avoid obstacles and ultimately get to one side of the river at the end of the float to get out of the river. We are both 6’2” and great swimmers who wore life vests the whole time and at parts we struggled to maneuver around obstacles or even stand in the river when we ended up having to get out of our tubes and walk. Not quite as relaxing when you’re having to get out of your tube and walk across the river - something that could have easily been avoided as well had we been given a paddle/the opportunity to go back and grab one 20 feet back. We were glad we had life jackets even though only those under 13 are required to wear them, and water proof bags for our phones and keys, although I did lose an article of clothing having to walk through the river.

Very well run operation. Fast and efficient check-in. Fun bus driver to the drop off. All equipment was in good working order, if well used. Very good safety policies. Very relaxing ride down the river. We had a great day!

Questions & Answers

How are water levels right now? Last summer they were low and the hitting rocks were not fun. Thanks!

They have been high due to all the rain, our daughter works there and she said the water levels have been good. Hope this helps.

Can you give me your fee rates? Do you need/encourage reservations?

$20 per person, no reservations needed unless it's a giant group of people I believe, and every three rides you get the next one free as long as you have the stamped card
