We had an excellent experience with Chris today in North Smithfield! From the moment we walked through the door, Chris was attentive, kind, and walked us through all of options with updating our plan, purchasing new phones, and switching to Fios internet. Chris took so much time with us, researching multiple options to save us money, and offering multiple plans and phones that might fit out needs. They did for me. I did all the setup online and phone and returned old stuff there.

Your able to sign up for new service at this location if your in a Fios area . If your eligible for self install , you'll even get the modem from them .
They can do account reviews for wireless. What they cant fix or adjust they can get you in contact with the people who can .
