I’ve always gotten a decent haircut. This time, I got their “grey coverage” color as well. It looked good, very natural, but truly, only lasted as long as my home hair color. I agree with the last person that, for the conveyor belt service, prices are high. It was $80 WITHOUT the tip - the same price as my regular hairdresser.

Made an appointment for both my boys at the same time, ages 14 and 16. Came in, and their cuts were done within 20 minutes. They're boys, they don't ask for much. I just think the price is a little high for this service. I'll still come back though because it's easy.
