Where to start? If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Don't bother with their automated system. When you speak to the customer service representative, they will basically tell you that you don't know what you're talking about and reiterate policy which is fine and understandable if done without a sarcastic, rude tone. I tried to complain about this individual, but they claimed not to know who answered my call. Also don't bother using navigation to get to their Ocala office either. Using that address it will take you to their old office where there is a sign on the door listing the same address with a different suite number. Then when you call to get directions to the office you'll find it, spend 30 minutes filling out paperwork (normal) and then wait another 30 minutes only to be told that you can't be seen because you were late for your appointment time. I was late because navigation took me to the wrong place and the address there was the same as the place I went. I called them immediately once I realized that I was in the wrong place, and they gave me directions. I filled out my paperwork and returned it to the receptionist, only to wait another 30 minutes to be told I wasn't going to be seen. I had to reschedule for next week. Please bear in mind I've been waiting on this appointment to be seen due to a traumatic brain injury since APRIL. Good job being the worst doctor's office I have ever been to! I understand not being able to move my appointment. I would have appreciated being told that I would not be seen because of my lateness (even though this is a known issue for them and not my fault...) and I feel bad for the staff working because they couldn't do anything for me and felt bad. End of the day, a mistake on their end made me late and I won't be seen for another week and lost out on 3hrs of time I could have been on the clock at work instead of dealing with this. :) Should also mention there was only 1 other person in the lobby waiting. Once I'm seen next week, I'm hopeful I never have to return. Customer service gets a 10/10 for putting up with lousy management.
