Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The fire alarm in our room blared repeatedly in the middle of the night. It took forever for them to finally come fix it. The coffee maker and phone didn't work. The bottoms of the doors ran into the floor when opening. The bed was very hard and stiff. Our cards wouldn't work for the pool. A walk outside to get to breakfast, and then hardly any fruit there.

Good hotel. Good room, clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast is includes. There is laundry room, is it very good, but we like travelers don't have gel for washing.

That's not true . I was there in November and they accepted Debit cards . I know that was a while ago and alot can change but still that's a bunch of bull . Sorry that sucks

It is safe. During my stay, there was a homeless guy rummaging through their Dempster Dumpsters in the morning. And next door, the defunct restaurant structure had at least one squatter. But they are no threat. They are just trying to survive in this world that has become difficult for many. There are many businesses surrounding the area and another hotel is across the street. Upscale neighborhoods like Phillips Ranch are just to the east of this hotel.
Book with booking com they let you choose I think, and if you pay when you book it is cheaper since there is no cancellation this way
