Horrible customer service! Asked a question pertaining to a sign that was outside she told me that they don’t participate in that, Even though it’s a sign located on her building but ok! Then she proceeded to be rude and nasty like I couldn’t afford to buy a cup of coffee And usually I don’t even go to Dunkin’ Donuts but Tim Hortons was closed for whatever reason

Love this shop! I visit regularly. Only thing I dislike is the fact Google says you open at 4:30am. I was there at 5am this morning and the store was closed. Has happened quite a few times. Please update your hours to accurate opening time, or have people there on time. Thank you.

This place is always out of donuts. Years ago DD stopped making their own donuts and started trucking them in apparently, and now it doesnt matter what time of the day it is, they will always be out of donuts. The staff is friendly, though so that's good. Also this place has the real coffee lids, not the stupid ones that need the stick you always have to ask for at other DD's.

My favorite Duncan Donuts location! Friendly professional service! Never a long line! Never a wait! Food is always hot & ready! When the weather is warm or hot, I sit outside on the benches (there's always spacious seating) & eat & drink with friends & family.👍👍
