I had to travel to Farmington Hills for two straight weeks for business. As I was finishing up my two week stint I needed to do some laundry so I googled laundromats. I couldn't be happier that I landed on Owl Laundromats. I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with the Owners Dan & Dee. I can't think of the last time I had such great customer service! Dan helped me on which washing machine to use and the best time for drying my cloths. Talk about making what could have been a very boring hour doing wash; Dan made my day with a great conversation on his business and life. Here is a private business Owner that still gets it, taking care of customers should and always should be an Owners first responsibility! Dan, thanks for making my trip to Michigan that much more enjoyable and for not forgetting focusing on the customer will drive success to any business. Good luck and thanks for the Hospitality!

Highly recommend. The most excellent service I've received from any establishment. Seriously, I don't come to laundromats often, just to wash my big comforters and blankets. The attendant is extremely helpful, walking me through which washers to use and how to best get my blankets washed fully, dried and fluffed. She is very helpful with getting change, sometimes I come in without enough cash and have to run and get more and she will help out with a few quarters until I get back. I will continue to come back as long as I live in this area.

I had a laundry emergency while staying with a friend. Dee the kind woman attending the laundry was very helpful and friendly. She made a not great day so much better. Also the store is stocked for all your laundry needs liquid or powder washing soaps and softeners were available for purchase as well as beverages. Overall a very positive experience. Definitely will visit again.

Owl Laundromat is fantastic! They have awesome new machines that clean and dry very well! The owners Dan and Dee are always pleasant to talk to. I will continue to come here!
