Cycling Concepts is the epitome of what a local bike shop should be. Always impressive inventory with everything from beginner bikes to top-of-the-line rigs ready for customers of all types. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and willing to bend over backwards for their customers. Shopping there leaves no question that you will get the best service and attention from the best neighborhood bike shop around. having an issue with my bike tubes they seem to be turning in side the tire this is causing the stem of the tube to break apart at the base Why is this happening Bad tire? defect in tube it self? rim defect?? !!HELP!!

Without seeing the rim and tire it's difficult to say with certainty. You should bring it in so the shop can provide a definitive answer. However, it's a common result of riding with under inflated tubes. Soft tubes will shift and move inside the tire as the rider goes over bumps and simply with the friction of riding. Tire pressure should be checked frequently.

do you have a crank lower bracket for lajolla street cruiser in stock or can you order one and call me or email me?

This bike came with either a one or three-piece square-tapered bottom bracket. The shop mechanics would need to see it in to be certain. After inspection, the correct part can likely be ordered and installed properly.
