If I could give -0 stars I would! USAA uses this "company" as their travel insurance offering "company," SCAM COMPANY!!! Apparently I am in the same boat with many of the other reviewers here. I have a claim that is worth quite a bit of money that I submitted back in April of 2022 and it is now September of 2022! 5 months!! Mine is medical related and I have submitted all of their paper work required to include "additional paper work required" and I have gotten the same generic response as others have reported as well. I will be taking legal action soon if there is no resolution. Many of us are affected including our credit scores for some of us!! Please avoid this company at all costs!

Please don't confuse that one star with anything as I couldn't give a negative 5 starts. I've been working with this company since March. I've sent everything they asked for multiple times. The emails I get back keep telling me they still need more documents but are asking for the same ones I already sent. Can't call them because you'll die of old age while on hold. The most recent piece of information from them to my travel agent is they "don't have an email address for me on file" Seriously? You've been sending emails since March. Stay far far away from this scam of a company.

I cant believe how I missed to check this company before purchasing the travel insurance. This is the WORST company to get anyone answer the phone. It is at least a hour wait to talk to anyone. And they give you same scripted story that they are busy and will look into the file. I am reaching out to an attorney to report to all the authorities. Some one needs to really audit this company! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.
