Extremely poor experience here with Heidi. Talked to her through text about a new sportage hybrid. She clearly had no idea what she was talking about and seemed to panic when I called her out on the numbers not making sense. After questioning some (very obvious)bull, she blocked me. But it's fine...because I was able to buy a BETTER sportage with more options for exactly where I was comfortable payment-wise at Nucar in Tilton. Highly recommend Nucar, and highly advise against going to Nashua Kia

Had an amazing experience today! I already knew what car I had in mind and they got me the car I wanted with every option I was asking for. Thank you Nashua Kia

Amateur hour and questionable ethics! Would have given zero stars but that's not an option. My wife and I stopped in to look for a replacement lease. The salesperson, obviously inexperienced, was somewhat helpful, but his answers were vague and not very helpful. The only reason we moved forward was that they had the model/color combination that my wife wanted on the showroom floor. The lease rates weren't great, and there were some warning flags during that part of the negotiations, but we put a "refundable" deposit down on a car that was due in to their dealership the following week. I should comment on the warning flags... The model in the showroom, which was sold, had numerous scratches everywhere we looked. We also noted cosmetic problems with a car that was about to be delivered outside. My impression was that they were trying to figure out if they could "buff it out" before the customer showed up. After test driving the car, we scheduled a time to finalize the deal. I figured once we had the car we could always take it to another Kia dealership for service. When we arrived at the scheduled time (2 days after the test drive), we found that our car was not fully prepped, had a large scratch, hadn't been inspected, and the finance manager was too busy chit-chatting with other employees and kept us waiting impatiently. They had plenty of excuses as to why the car was in such poor condition, but by that time we decided to back out of the deal. Very unprofessional and rude is the best way to describe the employees that we encountered. We're glad we walked away because we ended up at Quirk Kia in Manchester a few days later and leased a larger vehicle for less money. That proved that Nashua Kia was "padding" the lease rates as well. And lastly, we're still waiting on our refund.

As a small business owner, I hate that I have to leave a poor review, but it needs to be shared. Went to Nashua Kia in search of the highly sought after, Telluride SX Prestige Nightfall. Everything was great while I had intentions of paying well over MSRP to secure the vehicle. Drove up to the dealership almost an hour away and left a $2000 deposit plus all my credit and our business credit info as this was to be a company purchase. Apparently something came back on our business credit report and the bank would not lend the full amount which was $10K+ over MSRP. They called to let me know this after making SEVEN hard inquiries against my personal credit report! They also suggested that I pay for it personally. That's a hard pass. It's a business purchase. I requested to cancel the transaction which they said would be no problem since they were not able to extend financing as planned. Seemed easy enough. I have now had to request the deposit refund 3+ times on the phone and left text messages with the Sales Associate as well as voicemails on the Finance Managers voicemail. I did speak to someone in the Finance group who was going to help take care of it right away when we spoke last week, but that did not happen to my knowledge as my bank account does not reflect the credit. It has now been 3 weeks. The Refund STILL has not hit my account. I will call back again after the 4th or head up there and stand in the lackluster showroom until my account is credited. Thankfully another NH dealership has the same vehicle in the 2022 model and they only mark-up 3K maximum over MSRP and their deposit is only 1K. Do yourself a favor and shop around before you head to this dealership. It's clear, making money is the only thing that matters here. Experiences like this are exactly why car dealerships get a bad rep. Do better Nashua KIA.

Nashua Kia is sanitizing the dealership nightly along with wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
I don't know. I only us them once a year and haven't bought a car from them
Tina, New Kia models come with a 5-year, 60,000 mile warranty. Not a maintenance plan. Maintenance plans are optional and sold separately.
