I purchased my KIA Soul 2019 back in Nov. 2018. I thought it came with free maintenance until 60,000 miles. Why charged for oil change at 7,000 miles? Also I would like to know what other maintenance appointments are needed.

New Kia models come with a 5-year, 60,000 mile warranty. Not a maintenance plan. Maintenance plans are optional and sold separately.
