I was told they forgot to send in my paperwork for a suppressor. They then said they would make it up to me on with a discount. Much time later after checking with the ATF and not having it in the system, they told me they had accidentally sold my suppressor to an employee! After two years, finally got a refund. Incredible incompetence!
