Standing in line at the return counter for a very simple return transaction. The ladies behind the counter having a difficult time with the guy in front of me. Waited about 20 minutes. My problem is not with the ladies that were working the counter but the manager who walked by 4 times, eyeballed the situation a situation and somehow found other things to do. Customer service tip: When you see someone who has been waiting in the return line as long as I was, step in there and help out. It's not hard.

HORRID baggers. Things literally thrown into bags upside down, smashed food, containers broke open, smushed produce. It’s almost as if they do it deliberately? Go to self checkout or bag your own groceries, don’t even bother informing management about the sketchy, expired produce and the unbelievably rude staff, they do not give AF

The WORST Kroger I have ever shopped in. Hardly anybody works the cash registers anymore and the lines are usually 15 people deep, No matter what time of day or night you shop. Very frustrating when you literally have 2 items and have to wait 20 minutes because everyone is basically forced to use the self-checkout. The lady at the customer service should not be working customer service, pretty rude. Produce always sucks and is rotten - that is, if they even have what you need in stock. Shelves rarely have what I need. This place is terrible.

This Kroger is ABSOLUTELY terrible! I drive 20 mins out of my way to go to another one. Shop at your own risk. I even had a young punk that worked there threaten to fight me, because I couldn't get out of his way fast enough when he was racing down a grocery aisle with a huge tote! I complained to management and he's still working there to this day!
You have to have installed and signed up with their online App. From there, it's all in shopping and picking your day and time to pick up your order
