This is a review about my experience seeking a refund for a 2020 appointment for my wife Raychel Coleman Gholson. We had to cancel due to our entire trip being cancelled due to covid. Multiple times I've been texted back & called back by the business & team about getting a refund. Multiple times I've been ghosted after being told a manager would have to approve the refund. Happy to delete this if this issue is resolved finally. I just texted again. The business makes me feel hopeless about getting help during tough times. Kirk

I was a customer here for several months and loved it had to move for school and been trying to get in contact with someone about the products they used on my hair since I’ve moved the stylist in Cali has not done me justice! Just wish they’re communications can stay consistent with their business uprise other than that fantastic!

The BEST thing I ever did was take my time looking for the perfect stylist for my curly hair. After 1 year of following Curl Pop on IG I decided to go for it and reach out. Everything was very self explanatory when booking my appointment. I love the fact that CURLP POP is EXCLUSIVE! I honestly felt like a celebrity through the entire process. My appointment was booked in advanced but then pushed back due to COVID. I promise you it was well worth the wait! When I finally made it to my first appointment, I was mind blown by Ilisabella expertise. After 5 min of speaking to her I was blessed to be at the hands of an angel! She asked me what my inspirations were and explained if what I wanted would work for my hair type or not plus provided me suggestions similar to what I wanted but more suited for my hair type. Her team is exceptional In every way, from the hair wash to the hair cut I was treated like a queen. The end results were out of this world, not only did she pop my curls but she taught me how to care for my hair, debunked a few myths and set me on my curly hair journey. I came back the next year for color and style and once again I was wowed by the CURL POP team! Best believe that I will be going again this year and every year after that so she can spruce up curls. I highly recommend CURL POP to anyone looking for a professional, experienced team to take care of all your curly hair needs and more! Thank you guys I cannot wait to see you guys again!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing place a while ago and have been wanting to write this review ever since. However, I am in law school, and it unfortunately has taken over my life. BUT I wanted to say WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! From the moment I walked into the very end it was an experience. EVERYONE was so kind and made sure my experience was phenomenal. Aleisbel sensed I was having a hard time and she made sure that I was treated with care from the moment I walked in. I didn’t have to say much, she knew exactly what I wanted. Her hands are magic!! She made my hair so healthy, bouncy, and full! She is like the curl whisperer. The moment I walked in John greeted me and made me feel like family. The other lovely ladies also gave me a memorable experience and they were just so pleasant. ALSO, that head massage! WOW! That’s all I have to say. It is a MUST! Here, you do not just get a haircut, it’s a magical experience. I can keep going on how wonderful it all was. PLUS, it was nice to have a little essence of NY 💙. I cannot wait to return!!
