Was trying to find a package that was lost. Called them and got this unprofessional black woman who was answering my questions with her questions that made no sense at all. I asked to speak to a manager, she rudely said she would someone call me back, that was 2 weeks ago. UPS should be ashamed to open such a horrible customer service facility. This black woman should be fired or find a new job.

I work in this hub for a year I remember I work fast but new hires too slow the full-time supervisor need to see that but they don't not even partime sup. Hate that I was in small loading and unload heavy work but love my job
