The Service department was provided Excellent service and care. Everyone was extremely helpful and couteous. I was towed in the night before they provided a clean shower and ability to wash my clothes. Despite being down man-power they were able to work me in. The DEF- Pump my truck needed is on national back order but DOUG WENT Above and beyond to locate one and have it FedEx in for the next day. DOUG explained the warranty procedures to mr and provided me with informatio n about my trucks that was helpful in addressing another of my vehicles in another shop. Additionally Abdul was able to install a previously purchased part that only Campbell Supply was able to find (camshaft bracket) that I had lookes for in Va & NC. Overall each shift in thr service department was kind and considerate of a female o/o without the condenscending attitudes I have witnessed at other repair shops. Not only would I recommend them to others I will continue to return for future service needs.

This location is very clean the employee's are polite and curious. They told me it would be 5 days until they could even look at my truck. 30 min. Later the gentleman informed me that my truck was already being looked at and that I would be notified when my truck would be ready. 3 days later I got a call and was back to work and rolling!!
