I was scheduled for 3 different deliveries and i waited outside my window all day so it wouldn’t get sent back to the sender and the driver just took the paper that states “ no one was home” and threw it infront of the truck,not even in front of my house or steps.And I’m guessing this is the second day they do it in a row since I found the paper outside in the same spot.Don’t use UPS in this area especially if it’s an expensive item.Terrible

They just try to pawn you off to either another rep or to their website . Seems like they do not have supervisors available.

I'm very sorry, our facilities do not provide listed numbers since we do not have personnel available to answer inbound phone calls.
