This place is fairly new at the time I was a member. In comparison to other locations, especially in NY it is fairly organized and cleaner. This is primarily due to the volume of members who utilize the gym on an hourly and daily basis. Obviously the more crowded, the more filthy and disguising a gym will become, especially when hygienic factors are ignored by both members and staff. I will say this location is lacking like most in terms of retention in personal training staff. This is because of the severe and underwhelming payment offered for certified trainers. As a NASM-CPT I find the payment offered horrible and belittling for what a trainer brings to a gym. These franchise gyms take advantage of members, charging ridiculous fees while completely ripping off their trainers. In addition, they offer less then full time hours to purposely avoid having to pay for benefits. the owners at this location could care less so long as they extract profit while saving despite not paying anywhere near a livable wage. Support local trainers. They do not charge annual or cancellation fees and will not go to collections when you can not maintain your membership or can not pay. These big box gyms all operate the same and it is shameful.

They fired the guy who cleaned the bathrooms and showers. Now no one does it. This place goes through managers like politicians go through tax dollars. Whoever is hiring managers is the one who needs to go.
