Dining room is sparse with only a few tables. No condiment station for napkins, drink refills, salt, pepper, ketchup etc. Food was just ok, nothing to write home about. Many other food options just yards away. We have been here twice…..our first and our last times.

Food was great. But service was SLOW. Waited over 30 minutes for a order. Sad to see this because cookout in Richmond is awesome. This one not so much.

Best cookout I’ve ever been to! All of the employees were nice and the manager Brittany took great care of me and made sure that I will be coming back to this location! They were all working extremely hard, but still took the time out of their day to make sure that I felt important to them. 10/10 for this cookout!

This cookout is the best one I have ever been to! All of the managers and employees here are so sweet and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. The visits just keep getting better and better. The lobby and bathrooms are always spotless and the food is always fresh. Not your average fast food restaurant.
