Ordered pizza with a lengthy wait time (58-68 minutes) No problem because it was communicated up front. Received the text message that the food was “out for delivery” at 7:20, the food finally arrived around 8:10. The pizza was cold, the soda was missing (delivery driver did go to the local gas station to pick one up for us; Thank You). These events were annoying enough- but then while eating the cold pizza, a massive brown hair was found between the cheese and bread layer- the rest of it went into the garbage. Not at all what I would expect after spending $50+ for a pizza, 12 wings, and a 2 liter. Sadly- First and last time we ordered from this location. The Spicy Lovers pizza looked really good, and even cold tasted decent- right up until the hair was found.

I remember when Pizza Hut was awesome. This place.....is not. First experience was a grossly underbaked pie that was underwhelming. Second experience was waiting at curbside for 15 mins after confirming we were there, then having to walk inside to get it and being told......"sorry, our system must be acting up." I just can't recommend. Go to Engine House.

Just ordered here tonight, for first time in years and I know why. The wings were like ice and the pizza was stale with paper-thin toppings. I regret not ordering from Papa Johns like I usually do. Absolute waste of money.

The food and service was Awesome, as always. The waiter was very cool, very helpful, and polite. The restaurant was clean, and not to crowded, (just before rush hour). The bathroom could have used some updates but it was clean. Just off I64, easy to find, easy in, easy out. Highly recommended! Let's bring Pizza Hut back to the spotlight!
