For tonight its a shredded brisket sandwich on ciabatta bread with bacon, beer cheese and toasted jalapeno chips.

Yes you can. We have meats by the lb and sides in larger quantities if that is something you are interested in.
The staff members are all wearing masks. Customers must wear masks when not at their table. We are using all single use condiments. We are sanitizing tables between uses as well as frequent touch points at least every two hours. We have touch free faucets, towles, and soap dispensers in the bathroom. We are running air handler fans all the time to keep air moving. All staff is required to do a health check every shift. As well as encouraging frequent hand washing. All in all, we are trying to do everything that is recommended by the local health department and the CDC for responsible reopening. Online ordering is also available to those not comfortable with dining in.
