Best Law office I came across with. John Calgani and John Pensa are both very professional, both went above and beyond to ensure the services I requested were done in a timely manner.

John and his hardworking team are the best choice in law. With their help any case can be resolved. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an attorney. When first meeting with John, I knew he would be the best lawyer because of how personable and qualified he is. His background defeats any other attorney with a large team of highly intelligent professionals. His assistant Leah, was extremely concise and helpful. Leah has answered hundreds of questions and met with me many times. John and his team have always been available for me when I needed them with the right answers. Hiring John came with many benefits including 100% honesty, great prices and in my case results. Which is why you should hire John L. Calcagni, |||.

John and his team did a fantastic job with the case. They were extremely professional and were able to get the case dismissed and record sealed. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.

If you pass a drug test, you can still be charged with drug possession. It’s important to keep in mind that you don’t need to be actively using the drug in order for it to result in a possession charge. Police can still arrest you for possession of a drug that you have no intention of using.
In the state of Rhode Island, you can be arrested for possession of paraphernalia, which is defined as any kind of product or equipment that’s designed for using or cultivating controlled substances. Rhode Island Code Chapter 21-28.5 states what classifies as drug paraphernalia. Here are just a few. (1) Kits intended for use or designed for use in planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, or harvesting of any species of plant which is a controlled substance or from which a controlled substance can be derived; (2) Kits intended for use or designed for use in manufacturing, compounding, converting, producing, processing, or preparing controlled substances; (3) Isomerization devices intended for use or designed for use in increasing the potency of any species of plant that is a controlled substance; The complete statute can be found at http://webserver.rilin.state.ri.us/Statutes/TITLE21/21-28.5/21-28.5-1.HTM
